How can I customise my onboarding process?

HeyAxel allows you to offer a Tailor-made onboarding experience to each new recruit by automatically adapting to their profile (type of contract, location, department, etc.).

1. Form

To set up your form: go to the Pathways menu > Form tab.


The tab "Form" includes all fields that appear in the information form of a new recruit.


The form is customisable. Name, first name, date of arrival of the new recruit are immovable fields. For the rest, the admin can add as many fields as he wants to customize his process by clicking "+ ADD FIELD". 

 

Example: Your onboarding processes differ from one entity to another. You will be able to add an "Entity" field to your form to create tasks that refer to the specific entity of the new recruit.

2. Roles

To set up the roles for your organisation: go to the Pathways menu > Roles tab.


The roles are all the actors involved in your onboarding process (new employee, manager, HR manager, IT manager, sponsor/buddy...).

A role must be created in this section to be able to intervene in the onboarding process. 

Example 1: To assign a task to the recruit's buddy, the role "buddy" must be created under "Roles".

Example 2: To automate the automatic generation of an appointment between the HRBP and the new recruit, the role "HRBP" must be created under "Roles".
