- all the tasks assigned in the various onboardings in progress

- all the reports of all the questionnaires of the different courses

It can manage all the system parameters:

- general system settings (language, time zone etc.): click on your profile > "Admin" > "General settings".

- adding other "super administrators" and "administrators": click on your profile > "Admin" > "Permissions

- integrations with the company's ATS or HRIS

- modification, creation and deletion of any pathway in the system

B. The new recruit

When accessing their dashboard, new recruits see all the tasks and questionnaires/surveys they have to complete as part of their induction.

C. People Ops

People Ops is the onboarding referent for the new recruit:

- he/she must always have Admin or Super Admin permissions

- he/she receives requests for help from users

- they are automatically notified of new recruits when HeyAxel is integrated with the ATS

- he/she is automatically notified when the professional e-mail address of the new recruit has not been entered in the information form
