How to set up your tasks?

To set up your onboarding tasks: go to the Pathways menu > select a pathway of your choice > Tasks tab


Tasks are automatic reminders sent via instant messaging (Slack, MS Teams or Google Chat) to the person responsible for the action.

Ex. The new recruit receives the task "Complete your safety e-learning" two days after arrival.


Set the timing for sending the task (e.g. the task is sent 3 days after the arrival of the new recruit) and its expiry time (e.g. the task must be completed within 15 days after arrival). 

Designate the person responsible for the task to be notified via their instant messenger.

Customise the content of your task: automatically retrieve certain attributes from your onboardings (name of the new employee, date of arrival, email address, etc.) and incorporate them into the titles and content of your tasks. You can also insert hyperlinks to redirect the task owner to content or add attachments to share documentation. 


Once your settings have been finalised, you don't have to do anything else. Axel takes care of distributing the task in time and sends reminders if necessary for each new arrival.


To track the deployment of tasks for each onboarding: click Dashboard > select one of your onboardings > Tasks tab.

Use this overview to :

- Keeping an eye on the progress of ongoing tasks

- Catch up on expired tasks

- Getting a head start on upcoming tasks

In this way, you ensure the completion of all your onboarding tasks.
