How do I access my dashboard when my session has expired?

To access your dashboard, send a message to Axel from your instant messenger, and select "access my dashboard" from the drop-down list. Axel will generate a unique temporary token for you to access your dashboard. This token expires after a few days. To re-access your dashboard, repeat the procedure: send a message to Axel and select "Access my dashboard".

1. Why do I have to send a message to Axel to log in?

For security reasons, Axel offers each user a temporary access key(token). This key must be regenerated regularly by the user. This can be done by sending a message to Axel in the chat room.

2. What do I do if my session remains expired even though I have generated a new access key?

Go to your browser settings > "Privacy & Security" tab > "Clear Browsing Data" > select "Cookies and other site data" > "Show all cookies and site data. Type "heyaxel" in the search bar at the top right and delete all active cookies. 


Once you have done this, you can send a message to Axel in your chat room to obtain a new key.
